Omer-Decugis & Cie recorded strong growth in 2024/25
The Omer-Decugis & Cie group announces revenue of €284.8 million for fiscal year 2024/25, exceeding initial forecasts of €230 million. This 15.3% growth is primarily due to the performance of the SIIM division, which increased its sales by 20.2% thanks to sustained demand for its exotic products. Despite a challenging summer for bananas and pineapples, the group maintained its operating profitability with an expected EBITDA margin of around 4.2%.
The wholesale division also saw a recovery, rising 9.3% in the fourth quarter, thanks to a restructuring of its product range and an effective market penetration strategy. Over the 2020-2025 period, the group has achieved average annual growth of 19.2%, consolidating its position in the European market.
