Omer-Decugis & Cie: Solid Half-Year Growth and Performance
Omer-Decugis & Cie announced solid growth with half-year revenue of €140.4 million, recording a 13.4% increase for the period from October 2024 to March 2025. The SIIM division was the main driver of this growth, with revenue increasing by 19.4%, notably thanks to sustained demand for exotic and ethnic ranges.
The EBITDA margin increased to 4.6%, reflecting effective cost management. The Group's net profit also showed a notable improvement, reaching €3.8 million, up €1.4 million compared to the previous year. The BRATIGNY division experienced a slight decline of 4.8%, attributed to a shift in consumption towards mass retail.
The third quarter confirmed this positive momentum with revenue growth of 15.7%, reaching €79.4 million. This result was driven by the vitality of the exotic fruit segments and packaging innovations.
