Zentra Group Formalizes Contract for One Victoria Completion

Zentra Group plc, a Manchester-based residential developer, announced the signing of a replacement building contract for the One Victoria project. The development, consisting of 129 apartments in Manchester city center, is managed by Zentra and held under Zentra Great Ducie Street Limited. Zentra holds a 30% equity interest in this entity.

The replacement contract follows the termination of Torsion Construction Limited's previous agreement, due to its administration placement. AC1 Construction Limited, initially engaged under a letter of intent, has been formalized as the new contractor.

Construction is advanced, with completion anticipated in December 2026. Out of 129 units, 105 have exchanged contracts, 7 are reserved, leaving 17 available. Zentra remains focused on completing works as scheduled.
