OneSoft Reports Results of AGSM and Grant of Stock Options

EDMONTON, AB / ACCESSWIRE / May 29, 2024 / OneSoft Solutions Inc. (TSXV:OSS)(OTCQB:OSSIF) announced the outcomes of its Annual General and Special Meeting (AGSM) of shareholders held on May 28, 2024. The meeting achieved quorum, with participation from 108 shareholders, representing 70,173,834 or 57.39% of the issued and outstanding common shares of OneSoft. All resolutions proposed in the Management Information Circular filed on SEDAR+ on May 1, 2024, were passed.

Following the meeting, OneSoft granted 800,000 stock options to its Directors, Officers, and senior executives as part of their compensation. These options have a strike price of $0.70, vest 50% on the grant date and the anniversary date, and will expire in five years if not exercised.
