ONLYOFFICE 10.0 Update Introduces AI Tools and Enhanced Security
On October 8, 2026, ONLYOFFICE launched version 10.0, featuring AI tools, modular apps, and significant security enhancements. This update encompasses approximately 50 new features and over 1,000 fixes targeting online, desktop, and mobile platforms.
ONLYOFFICE now integrates context-aware AI within its document, spreadsheet, presentation, and PDF editors. This feature allows teams to perform tasks such as drafting, summarizing, translating, and formatting without switching tools. Additionally, organizations can customize AI usage according to their needs, ensuring sensitive data remains secure.
The update also introduces new free modular apps to streamline workflows: intelligent search, secure collaboration, and data collection tools. Enhancements include improved PDF editing, more responsive spreadsheets, and updated presentation features.
In terms of security, the 10.0 version addresses 35 vulnerabilities, reinforcing protection for sensitive data against evolving AI-driven threats.
