Optex Systems Secures $2 Million Contract for Night Vision Components

Optex Systems Holdings, Inc., a prominent manufacturer of optical sighting systems, announced a $2 million order for Laser Filter Units and Window Assemblies. These components will support Night Vision devices used by the U.S. Armed Forces. The contract stipulates deliveries from March 2025 to February 2026. This order contributes to Optex's backlog, now exceeding $42 million.

Bill Bates, General Manager of Applied Optics Center, emphasized the company's role as a key supplier of laser protection filters and optical assemblies. He highlighted recent investments in critical infrastructure to meet growing demands for specialized optics, underscoring Optex’s commitment to supporting primary suppliers of Night Vision equipment for the U.S. military.
