Orange announces its withdrawal from the NYSE and the SEC

Orange has announced its intention to withdraw from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and deregister with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This decision follows a deliberation by the Board of Directors on September 24.

Following this withdrawal, Orange will maintain its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program, facilitating over-the-counter trading in the United States. This decision aims to reduce the financial and administrative requirements related to listing and registration.

Orange will continue to report its financial information in accordance with IFRS. The company’s shares remain listed on Euronext Paris, its primary trading venue. The company expects to file the necessary filings with the SEC in the fourth quarter of 2024.
