Orange borrows 600 million euros on the bond market

Orange has announced the issuance of bonds for an amount of 600 million euros. The maturity of these bonds is set at 10.3 years and the coupon is 3.250%. The maturity date is scheduled for January 2035.

The banks acting as Lead Managers for the placement are Barclays, BBVA, JP Morgan, Natixis, Santander and UniCredit. Natixis and Santander are also acting as Global Coordinators.

This transaction allows Orange to continue its policy of prudent and active management of its balance sheet, thereby strengthening its financial position on the market.
