Orascom Development Holding AG General Meeting Results

On May 13, 2024, Orascom Development Holding AG held its 16th Annual General Meeting virtually, following Article 7 of their Articles of Association. The meeting saw representation from 47,769,562 registered shares, or 79.85% of the total issued share capital.

During the event, all the proposals set forth by the Board of Directors received approval from the shareholders. This included the re-election of all existing members of the Board of Directors and the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Additionally, the auditors and the independent proxy were also re-elected.
