Ordissimo SA: Successful capital increase of €1.62 million

Ordissimo SA, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced the success of its €1.62 million capital increase, with an oversubscription of 1.24 times the initial amount. The company, which specializes in technologies for seniors, issued 2,839,108 shares at a price of €0.57 per share.

This financial contribution will support a growth strategy focused on three pillars: strengthening its historical activities, returning to profitability, and creating an IT Services division. The latter is currently being structured following letters of intent for two acquisitions.

The Board of Directors has decided to service all irreducible and reducible subscriptions, and partially those on a voluntary basis. The dilution for existing shareholders reaches 42.26%, without abstention or retention commitments.
