ORPEA Announces Combined General Meeting Details
ORPEA S.A. will conduct its Combined General Meeting (CGM) on June 25, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Paris, at Maison de l’Artisanat. The preliminary notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was released in the French Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) and is available on the company's website.
Shareholders can access documents related to the CGM as specified by the French Commercial Code online or request them from Société Générale. Documents will also be available at ORPEA's main office in Puteaux 15 days prior to the CGM.
