OSMOZIS: Update on the number of shares and voting rights
Clapiers, July 2, 2024 - The company OSMOZIS, listed on Euronext Growth under the ticker ALOSM, announced an update of the number of shares in circulation and voting rights following the exercise of the 27,500 BSPCEs in circulation on July 2, 2024. July 2024.
As of July 2, 2024, the capital of OSMOZIS is composed of 2,998,558 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 3,029,937, while the total number of exercisable voting rights is 2,925,062. Exercisable voting rights are calculated by deducting shares deprived of voting rights from theoretical voting rights.
