Ossiam Shiller Barclays CAPE US Sector Value TR UCITS ETF Announces Upcoming Annual General Meeting

Ossiam Lux has issued a convening notice for its shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for May 17, 2024. The meeting will take place in Luxembourg at the office of State Street Bank International GmbH Luxembourg Branch. The agenda for the AGM includes the approval of financial statements and management reports for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, as well as the re-election of directors and the independent auditor.

Shareholders will review the board of director's management report and the independent auditor's report, approve the previous fiscal year’s financial statements, and decide on the allocation of fiscal results. They will also determine the fees for independent directors and vote on statutory elections, including the re-appointment of directors and the auditor for the next term. No quorum will be necessary for passing resolutions, which will be decided by a majority of the votes of those present or represented at the meeting.

It's advised that shareholders holding shares through financial intermediaries should ensure their voting forms are submitted by specific dates. Those not using intermediaries can directly submit their forms to the State Street Bank email or fax detailed in the notice.
