OTI Greentech AG Delays Publication of 2023 Financial Statements
Berlin, June 28, 2024 - OTI Greentech AG has announced a delay in the publication of its financial statements for the 2023 fiscal year. The separate financial statements will now be released on July 10, 2024, and the consolidated financial statements on July 26, 2024. This decision was made due to the complexities encountered during a VAT audit in Switzerland for previous years.
The audit demanded significant internal resources and delayed the transfer of essential documents. Despite this, it was completed without any objections. The company's Annual General Meeting for the 2023 financial year remains scheduled for September 5, 2024. The half-yearly statement for 2024 will be published as planned on September 30, 2024.
