Half-Yearly Review of the OVH Group Liquidity Contract

OVH Groupe has published the half-yearly results of its liquidity contract managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account held 17,000 shares and €4,195,061. For the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025, 5,449 purchase transactions were recorded, representing 812,124 shares for a total of €8,238,449.52. At the same time, 5,687 sale transactions were carried out, totaling 855,124 shares for a total of €8,537,573.72.

In comparison, as of December 31, 2024, OVH's liquidity account contained 60,000 securities and €3,895,937. This data indicates significant variations in the number of securities and amounts during the first half of 2025.
