Oxurion Boosts Voting Rights with Recent Capital Increase
Oxurion NV has announced a capital increase of EUR 100,000 following the conversion of four convertible bonds by Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC. This aligns with Atlas's EUR 20 million commitment to support Oxurion's development of therapeutics for elderly vision preservation, a market with USD 3-6 billion potential.
The conversion resulted in the issuance of 3,931,718 new shares, pushing Oxurion’s total share count to 12,428,021. This increases the number of shares from the previous 8,496,303, impacting the calculation of shareholdings percentages.
The capital increase stems from a larger strategy to enhance funding through convertible bonds, with Atlas holding 338 bonds under a subscription agreement. This move aims to fortify Oxurion's position in the market and streamline shareholders' interests.
