Oxurion Receives Transparency Notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
On October 17, 2025, Oxurion NV, a company specializing in majority investments dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector, reported having received several transparency notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC.
According to these notifications, Atlas held 1,365,840 shares out of 50,377,523 as of October 2, 2025, thus crossing the 3% threshold downwards. However, on October 6, 2025, the company had acquired 6,609,493 shares out of 56,367,609, exceeding the 10% threshold. On October 9, 2025, following a sale, Atlas held 5,583,162 shares, falling back below the 10% threshold.
