Oxurion Receives Transparency Notification from Atlas Special Opportunities LLC
Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company based in Leuven, Belgium, announced that it received a transparency notification from Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC. The notification, received on January 6, 2025, stated that as of January 1, 2025, Atlas held 624,817 shares of Oxurion's total 3,192,223 shares. This acquisition resulted in Atlas crossing the 15% ownership threshold.
