Pampa Metals Announces Significant Progress in Drilling Program at Piuquenes Project

Pampa Metals Corp., active in the exploration of copper-gold-silver-molybdenum porphyry deposits, has completed its first drilling (PIU-01) to a depth of 867 meters at its Piuquenes project in Argentina. The company expects to receive the first assay results soon. This drilling has revealed a supergene copper enrichment zone over 160 meters and intense primary mineralization associated with A-type porphyry quartz veins between 350 meters and approximately 650 meters depth.

The second drill hole of the program, PIU-02, aims to test the lateral extension of the central Piuquenes porphyry mineralization, near two historical holes drilled by Inmet Mining Corporation, which showed significant copper and gold grades. Joseph van den Elsen, President and CEO of Pampa Metals, expressed satisfaction with these discoveries and announced the company's intention to carry out two to three additional drillings to further explore the site.

In November 2023, Pampa Metals entered into an agreement to acquire an 80% interest in the Piuquenes project. Previous analyses have highlighted significant copper and gold mineralizations. The company, listed on the CSE, FSE, and OTCQB exchanges, continues to actively explore this promising region.
