Pampa Metals Closes Oversubscribed $2M Private Placement

Pampa Metals Corp. announced the successful issuance of 8,427,500 units at $0.24 each, totaling gross proceeds of $2,022,600. This offering was made under a previously detailed non-brokered private placement.

The proceeds from this offering will support ongoing exploration efforts at the Piuquenes Copper-Gold Porphyry Project. Recent drilling results from this project have shown significant copper and gold mineralization.

Fees totaling $75,852 were paid, and 316,050 finder's warrants were issued to various financial institutions as part of the transaction. Additionally, all securities issued are subject to a four-month holding period as per regulatory requirements.
