Paragon Appoints New CFO

Paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA has announced Ralph Streitbürger as the new CFO effective October 1, 2024. Streitbürger, previously Head of Finance and Controlling, will succeed Dr. Martin Esser, who successfully reduced the company's net debt.

Dr. Esser, who joined Paragon in 2020, executed several divestments and streamlined the company's finances, including the sale of assets like Voltabox AG and paragon semvox GmbH. His efforts extended the term of an EUR bond and repaid a CHF bond on time.

Streitbürger brings extensive experience from his roles in both the automotive and commercial sectors and has been integral to Paragon since 2020. The company aims to capitalize on growth opportunities in Europe, China, the USA, India, and South Korea.

Founder and Managing Director Klaus Dieter Frers expressed gratitude for Dr. Esser’s contributions and confidence in Streitbürger's ability to lead the finance department, ensuring continuity and driving corporate development to the next level.
