ParTec AG Supervisory Board Announces Key Management Changes

The Supervisory Board of ParTec AG has announced significant changes to its management structure. On February 10, 2025, the board decided to extend the contract of the Chairman, Bernhard Frohwitter, until October 2030. Contracts for CFO Hans Kilger, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer Nurcan Rasig, and Chief Human Resource Officer Frank Westermann were also extended for the same duration.

Concurrently, three board members, including Ina Schmitz, Thomas Moschny, and Dominik Ulmer, will resign from the Management Board. Notably, Schmitz and Moschny will transition to roles at ParTec Modular Computing Lab GmbH & Co. KG in Grünwald, reflecting a strategic shift within the company.

These changes signify ParTec AG's commitment to long-term leadership stability while reconfiguring its management to bolster its AI and HPC operations.
