Parvus Asset Management crosses threshold in IPSEN SA
IPSEN SA, listed on Euronext Paris, announced that Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited has crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of voting rights, according to a declaration received on September 20, 2024. Parvus Asset Management now holds 6,535,529 shares, representing 7.80% of the capital and 4.95% of the voting rights of the company.
This change results from a sale of IPSEN SA shares on the market, carried out on September 16, 2024. Parvus also holds 6,535,529 shares via cash-settled equity swap contracts, maturing between January 2025 and July 2026.
