Crossing the threshold by the Eric Duval family group

Stock price chart of PATRIMOINE & COMMERCE (EPA:PAT) showing fluctuations.

On February 12, 2025, the Eric Duval family group declared that it had exceeded the threshold of 25% of Patrimoine et Commerce's voting rights. This crossing, which occurred on February 10, 2025, results from the allocation of double voting rights to Duval Participations. The group now holds 27.40% of the capital and 28.00% of the voting rights of the company.

The shares are distributed mainly between the entities controlled by the Duval family. Duval Participations 3 has acquired these additional rights, thus consolidating the already existing control. No change in the strategy of Patrimoine et Commerce is planned, according to the declaration of intent. The management team remains unchanged with Eric Duval, Duval Gestion SAS and Pauline Boucon-Duval.
