Heritage & Commerce: Details on Voting Rights and Shares
On September 1, 2025, Patrimoine & Commerce published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of August 31, 2025, the company had 15,972,458 shares outstanding.
The total theoretical number of voting rights was 27,595,777. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, with a total of 27,499,215, after excluding shares deprived of this right. This data provides increased transparency on the capital structure of the company listed on Euronext Paris.
