Patriot Gold Corp Provides Project and Corporate Update

Patriot Gold Corp, based in Reno, Nevada, has updated its shareholders on recent developments. The company owns a 3% net smelter royalty on the Moss Mine in Arizona, a leading gold-silver deposit. Since production began in 2018, Patriot has earned about $11 million in revenue from the mine. Legal proceedings are currently underway concerning royalty payments, with Golden Vertex Corp having filed for a creditor claim stay under Chapter 15 of the US Bankruptcy Code.

Patriot's portfolio includes a 2% royalty on the Bruner gold project in Nevada, alongside full ownership of the Windy Peak, Thra, and Vernal projects. The Windy Peak project has undergone extensive drilling and exploration, revealing promising mineralization. Additionally, hyperspectral imagery studies have led to the staking of the Thra project, which shows potential for various mineral resources across different types of deposits.
