Perk Labs Inc. Updates on MCTO Status
Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 29, 2024 / Perk Labs Inc. (CSE:PERK)(OTC PINK:PKLBF)(FKT:PKLB) has provided an update on the management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on April 3, 2024.
The company has sought an extension for the MCTO due to delays in preparing its audited annual financial statements and related management discussions for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2023. The filings, originally due on April 1, 2024, are still underway.
The MCTO restricts trading of the company’s capital by its CEO and CFO but does not affect other shareholders.
Since the last update, Perk Labs confirms no substantial changes or defaults have occurred and that they will continue to release bi-weekly status reports until the filing requirements are met.
