Petrofac Shares Restored to Trading After Publication of Annual Accounts
Petrofac Limited announced the restoration of its Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This follows the publication of the Group’s accounts for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2023.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has approved the move, reinstating Petrofac’s shares to the premium listing segment of its Official List. Trading resumed at 08:00 on 4 June 2024.
The company’s annual financial report can be accessed via the National Storage Mechanism’s website. Additionally, the Group's financial statements, released on 31 May 2024, are available on Petrofac’s official website.
