Peugeot Invest announces updated shares and voting rights for April 2024

Peugeot Invest, a company listed on compartment B of Eurolist, has updated its number of shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2024. The total shares remain stable at 24,922,589. On the other hand, the Total gross voting rights increased slightly to 44,989,520, compared to 44,988,270 the previous month. The net total voting rights saw a slight decrease, from 44,896,545 to 44,895,766.

The company, with its head office in Neuilly-sur-Seine, also includes in its statutes a specific clause on crossing thresholds. This provision requires a declaration each time a variation of more than 2% of capital or voting rights is observed, as well as each time a threshold of 1% or multiples of this percentage passes.
