Peugeot Invest: Declaration of shares and voting rights

Peugeot Invest has published a statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights. This information is in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

As of September 30, 2024, Peugeot Invest has a total of 24,922,589 shares, identical to that of August 31, 2024. The total gross number of voting rights increased from 44,999,375 to 45,005,495. The total net number of voting rights decreased from 44,897,909 to 44,887,290.

The company's articles of association include a clause imposing an obligation to declare the crossing of a threshold. This clause applies if more than 2% of the capital or voting rights are exceeded, as well as each time a threshold of 1% or its multiple is crossed.
