Peugeot Invest - Declaration of the number of shares and voting rights

In accordance with article L. 233-8 II of the commercial code and articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF general regulations, Peugeot Invest has published data relating to the number of shares and rights of vote for the periods of May 31, 2024 and June 30, 2024.

The total shares remain at 24,922,589 for both periods. The total gross number of voting rights increases from 44,991,804 to 44,995,407, while the total net number of voting rights increases from 44,898,886 to 44,898,065.

Peugeot Invest specifies the presence of a statutory clause requiring the declaration of any threshold crossing of more than 2% of capital or voting rights, with intermediate thresholds of 1%.
