Pierre et Vacances Group: Information on voting rights and capital

The Pierre et Vacances Group has communicated the details concerning the total number of shares and voting rights in accordance with Article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. As of November 30, 2024, the public limited company had a share capital of 4,619,582.85 euros.

The report states that as of that date, the total number of shares stood at 454,457,155, which also corresponds to the number of gross voting rights. However, the number of voting rights exercisable at the General Meeting stands at 454,300,456. This difference is due to treasury shares deprived of voting rights, as well as 1,130 other shares deprived of this right.
