Pinetree Capital Announces Election of Directors
Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) announced the results of the election of directors at its annual general meeting held on May 30, 2024. All matters proposed in Pinetree's management information circular dated April 10, 2024, were approved by the shareholders.
Each nominee listed in the circular was elected as a director. The voting results for each director are as follows:
Damien Leonard received 5,106,661 votes (99.95%) in favor and 2,726 votes (0.05%) withheld. Howard Riback received 5,106,661 votes (99.95%) in favor and 2,726 votes (0.05%) withheld. Craig Miller received 5,106,661 votes (99.95%) in favor and 2,726 votes (0.05%) withheld. Peter Tolnai received 4,510,520 votes (88.28%) in favor and 598,867 votes (11.72%) withheld.
