PIZZORNO Environnement expands in the south of Lyon
PIZZORNO Environnement has acquired the contract for the collection and transport of residual household waste and recyclable waste from the Communauté de Communes du Pays de l'Ozon, transferred by SERFIM Recyclage. This operation concerns approximately 25,000 inhabitants spread over 7 municipalities and generates an annual turnover of 0.7 million euros.
From December 1, 2024, the Vénissieux regional agency will manage this contract. This acquisition is part of PIZZORNO's strategy to strengthen its presence in the peripheral areas of Lyon. The company will deploy a fleet of vehicles running on Natural Gas, in line with its environmental commitments.
