PJX Resources Reports Sedex Mineralization at Dewdney Trail
PJX Resources Inc. has announced promising drilling results at its Dewdney Trail Property, revealing multiple mineralized sedimentary horizons and breccia formations. The discoveries include zinc mineralization, supporting a potential Sedex environment capable of hosting a deposit. During the 5100 meters drilling campaign, sulphide beds were found sporadically, with significant mineralization at lower stratigraphic layers. The results suggest a robust mineralizing system comparable to Sullivan Deposit regions.
Consultant Dave Pighin highlighted the significance of this large-scale mineralizing system. Drilling also identified possible feeder vent breccias, crucial for the formation of sulphide deposits. Zinc was found in outcrops and chaotic breccias, indicative of Sedex deposits. The drilling results align with previous findings of Sullivan style mineralization in talus boulders. PJX Resources plans further examination to trace these promising mineral sources. The company holds an exploration permit valid for five years, ensuring continued assessment of the area’s potential.
