OPmobility Restructures Executive Committee to Enhance Transformation
OPmobility has announced significant changes to its Executive Committee to enhance its transformation efforts. Christian Kopp, currently Senior Executive Vice President, will lead the newly formed Exterior & Lighting Business Group. This group will consist of 59 plants and 26,000 employees across 18 countries and aims to develop a differentiated offer for integrated exterior systems.
Gérald Mentil has been appointed as the new Group Chief Performance Officer, overseeing OPmobility's performance and transformation. He is tasked with leveraging synergies and boosting competitiveness. Additionally, Hélène Dantoine joins as Executive Vice-President, General Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer.
Rodolphe Lapillonne, after 23 years with OPmobility, will retire on March 31, 2025. These changes align with the company's strategy to meet increasing market demands for value-added solutions.
