Plastivaloire: Decline in activity in the 3rd quarter of 2023-2024
The Plastivaloire Group has revealed a turnover of €188.6 million for the 3rd quarter of 2023-2024, down 15% compared to last year. This decline is mainly due to a less dynamic automotive and industrial market.
The automotive sector posted a turnover of €161.4 million, down 9.1%, while the Industries sector fell by 38.7% to €27.2 million. By geographic area, Europe recorded a decline of 14.9% and the Americas (United States – Mexico) fell by 15.9%.
Over the first nine months of the financial year, turnover totaled €594.0 million, down 7.6%. Plastivaloire now anticipates annual turnover of around €760 million, with an EBITDA margin of 6.5%.
