Polar Capital reduces its stake in VALNEVA SE
On December 3, 2024, VALNEVA SE announced that Polar Capital LLP has crossed the threshold of 5% of the company's capital downwards. This information was confirmed by a letter received from Polar Capital, the latter acting on behalf of funds whose portfolio it manages.
The downward crossing took place on November 28, 2024. Polar Capital now holds 8,002,817 shares of VALNEVA SE, representing 4.92% of the capital. In addition, these shares represent 4.49% of the company's voting rights.
This movement results from a sale of shares carried out off-market. The reference base is a capital of 162,494,003 shares with 178,365,675 voting rights.
