Porsche Delivers 310,718 Vehicles in 2024
Porsche AG reported delivering 310,718 vehicles in 2024, marking a 3% decline from the previous year. Despite the drop, Porsche expanded in four out of five global regions. The share of electrified sports cars rose from 22% to 27%, nearly half being fully electric. The newly launched all-electric Macan saw 18,278 deliveries, contributing to this growth.
In regional breakdowns, Europe excluding Germany saw an 8% increase in deliveries, while North America, the largest region, recorded a modest growth of 1%. Germany experienced an 11% rise. In contrast, China faced a steep 28% drop due to economic challenges. Nevertheless, Porsche remains committed to a balanced value-based sales approach.
The Cayenne was the top-selling model with an 18% rise in sales. In contrast, the Taycan decreased by 49% amidst a model transition. Looking forward, Porsche plans to strengthen its global brand despite potential challenges in 2025.
