Porsche SE Expects Significant Fiscal Loss for 2024

Porsche Automobil Holding SE announced a projected group result after tax of approximately minus 20.0 billion euros for the fiscal year 2024. This substantial loss is mainly due to non-cash effective impairment losses revealed through recent tests.

The impairments primarily stem from Porsche SE's investments in Volkswagen AG and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. The carrying amount impairment for Volkswagen AG is at the lower end, minus 19.9 billion euros, aligning with prior projections. The impairment for Porsche AG totals minus 3.4 billion euros.

Under German commercial law, the annual financial statement acknowledges a smaller impairment for Porsche AG of minus 2.9 billion euros, indicating an expected annual loss of around 1.5 billion euros for 2024. Despite these losses, Porsche SE plans to distribute a dividend for the fiscal year.
