Postponement of the publication of AURES TECHNOLOGIES' 2023 annual results
The company AURES TECHNOLOGIES has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual results for the year 2023, initially scheduled for April 30, 2024. This delay is linked to technical reasons which delayed the preparation of the financial results. This postponement occurs in a context of exclusive negotiations with Advantech and Patrick Cathala for the financing of the company, as well as the planned acquisition of a block of shares by Advantech. This operation could lead to a mandatory cash tender offer.
The new date for publishing financial results is scheduled for week 22 of the current year. The group undertakes to provide the requested information as soon as possible.
