Half-yearly report on the Poujoulat SA liquidity contract as of June 30, 2025
POUJOULAT has published the balance sheet of its liquidity contract as of June 30, 2025, managed by PORTZAMPARC – BNP PARIBAS GROUP. As of that date, the liquidity account included 12,688 POUJOULAT shares and €61,828.62. In comparison, the balance sheet as of December 31, 2024, showed 11,904 shares and €64,758.55.
Historically, upon activation of the contract following AMF decision no. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018, the liquidity account displayed 3,318 shares and 79,231.40 euros. In the first half of 2025, POUJOULAT recorded 245 purchase transactions for a total of 12,021 shares and 118,018 euros, as well as 175 sale transactions for 11,237 shares and 115,088.07 euros.
