Poujoulat: Evolution of voting rights in the first quarter of 2024

The Poujoulat company has communicated on the evolution of its total number of voting rights and shares for the start of 2024. This information is subject to the legal obligations dictated by article L.223-8 II of the code of commerce and article 222-12-5 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

During the first three months of 2024, the number of shares making up the capital of Poujoulat remained constant at 7,836,000. On the other hand, we observed a slight fluctuation in the number of voting rights. As of January 31, the number of voting rights exercisable was 12,983,809, decreasing slightly in February to reach 12,982,778, before rising to 12,983,581 as of March 31. Theoretical voting rights were constant at 12,991,912 in February and March, after a slight variation in January to 12,992,812.
