Granzay-Gript, August 27, 2024 - Shareholders of Poujoulat SA are invited to participate in the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on September 11, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. The event will take place at the ATRIUM, at the company's head office located at Parc d'Activités Economiques Les Pierrailleuses, 79360 Granzay-Gript.

The prior notice of this General Meeting was published in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires on August 5, 2024. In accordance with Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, the preparatory documents are available to shareholders as soon as they are convened.
