Practical Completion of Victoria Road by One Heritage Group
One Heritage Group PLC, now operating as Zentra Group PLC, has announced the practical completion of its Victoria Road housing development in Eccleshill, West Yorkshire. This marks the company's first foray into housing development.
The site features 24 homes with high specifications, varying from two to four bedrooms. It is strategically located 3.5 miles from Bradford and 9.5 miles from Leeds, offering excellent connectivity.
The project's development was enabled by the relocation of a previous occupier, supporting job retention in Bradford. The construction was led by Jack Lunn, alongside Acanthus WSM Architects and others.
Sales began through estate agents WW Estates and William H Brown. CEO Jason Upton highlighted this as a significant step in the company's expansion under the Zentra Homes brand.
