(TSXV:PAI)(OTC PINK:INOTF)(FSE:71TA) ("Predictiv AI" or the "Company"), announces a 30-day extension, to June 3, 2024, for completing its previously announced private placement. This non-brokered private placement aims to raise up to $250,000 by offering up to 12,500,000 units at $0.02 each. The extension was granted by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"). Finalization of the offering is contingent on regulatory approval from TSXV.
