Predilife raises 779,000 euros via 8.5% bonds
Predilife announced that it has raised €779,000 through its public offering of ORNANE bonds, launched in November 2024. This amount represents 38.95% of the €2 million target. The maturity of these bonds is set for 2029, with repayment in cash or shares.
The funds will be used to support commercial activities with companies and insurers, as well as to develop partnerships. After deduction of expenses, approximately €650,000 will finance operations until December 2025.
Despite this raising, the company's overall debt amounts to 12.55 million euros. Predilife continues to display a need for liquidity, with a current cash position of 1.7 million euros.
