Prince Silver Corp. Welcomes Marco Montecinos to Advisory Board

Prince Silver Corp. has announced the appointment of Marco Montecinos to its Advisory Board. Known for his 40+ years in mineral exploration across the Americas, Montecinos is also up for election as a director in the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Marco Montecinos played a critical role in discovering major gold deposits, notably the Marlin Gold Deposit in Guatemala. His experience includes senior roles in Caza Gold Corp. and Montana Gold, and he currently holds leadership positions at Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. and US Critical Metals Corp. Montecinos also leads Tigren, Inc., an exploration services company.

The company granted 950,000 stock options to directors, employees, and advisors, exercisable at C$0.45 and vesting over two years. This move aligns with Prince Silver's strategic growth plans.
