Private Equity Holding AG Reports Slight NAV Increase in October 2025

On October 31, 2025, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) of EUR 153.69 per share, marking a 0.5% increase in EUR and a 0.4% decrease in CHF since September. The uptick was driven by favorable foreign exchange movements and positive valuation adjustments in certain portfolio funds.

Notable contributions were from Eagletree IV, following the sale of Northstar Travel Group, and Mid Europa V, after selling Optegra. PEH's portfolio management is carried out by Amundi Alpha Associates, with a focus on providing a tax-efficient investment vehicle for diversified private equity investments.
