Private Equity Holding AG Reports Stable Net Asset Value

As of January 31, 2025, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) reported its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share at EUR 165.98 (CHF 156.90). This reflects a minimal change in EUR and a 0.8% increase in CHF. The portfolio's January performance remained stable, with positive valuation adjustments offsetting adverse FX impacts.

PEH's portfolio was cash-flow positive, with EUR 2.4 million in distributions compared to EUR 1.0 million paid into the portfolio. Notably, Mid Europa Fund IV made significant distributions from the sale of Profi, a supermarket chain, and Eagletree VI from Summit Hill Foods.

In January, PEH acquired 7,540 treasury shares, enhancing share concentration by CHF 0.26 per share. Management's substantial share purchases highlight their view that the share price discount to NAV is unjustified, offering a potential investment opportunity.
